Froese Corp Group is a group of real estate companies focused on development, management and education. Our portfolio includes a range of residential flips, multi family long term holds and rent to owns.
What we do:
Residential flips:
Acquire distressed properties, renovate and resell them for a profit while gentrifying neighborhoods and bringing value to the area.
Multi family rentals:
Acquire multi-family buildings with a long term vision in mind; our goal is to renovate these properties to create a clean, bright and luxurious space with as many amenities as possible. After the renovations we hold the property long-term while renting them out for a profit and paying down the asset.
How we do it...
Partners:
We utilize many different service providers to execute our strategies. Our primary strategy of maintaining our growth is through partnerships.
Partnerships are friends, family and accredited investors who become partners in our profit generating strategies.
