Olive...

We've done several projects in Silver Heights, ​however, we have not done a deal that has sold pre completion.

This project was the cream of the crop, a 1950's bungalow with all the highlights that a makes a "perfect" family house. Straight, solid and simple renovation that was done very quickly. 

​

This is why there was a buyer who closed on this project prior to completion. Rare, but a home run. One of our most exciting projects yet.
